OWNER / PRODUCER / ACTION DIRECTOR / VFX ARTIST
Born in Paris, France, Lohan lived and trained in China for 10 years notably at the Shaolin monastery and earned his degree in Chinese martial arts "Wushu" from the Beijing Sport University.
During his time in China, Lohan founded the Z Team, a martial arts/action stunt team; worked on various movies such as Silver Hawk, starring Michelle Yeoh and in 2008 was handpicked by lauded action director Gareth Evans (The Raid: Redemption) for a supporting role in Merantau, going hand-to-hand against action star Iko Uwais (Mile 22, The Raid: Redemption, Star Wars: The Force Awakens).
In 2009, Lohan co-founded Z Team Films, LLC, a Los Angeles based Production Company and eventually relocated to the US where he produced and co-starred in the company’s award-winning action/martial arts feature film Die Fighting, for which he received the "Breakout Action Star of the Year" award at the 2014 Action on Film International Film Festival. The movie is distributed in North America on all the major streaming platforms by Gravitas Ventures and on DVD/Blu-ray by MVD Entertainment Group; is represented Internationally by Lighthouse Pictures.
In 2013, Lohan started working as an action director and fight choreography instructor for Creative Action Development, the stunt branch of the Academy of Movement Arts and Science.
That same year, Lohan joined the Hollywood Film Academy® as its COO and as a producer for its parent company Helix Films. He co-produced, second unit directed and edited the academy's latest feature film My Husband's Wife (aka TOKAL) starring Gia Noortas and Jackson Rathbone (The Twilight Saga). The film was one of the frontrunners for the best foreign language category at the 75th Golden Globe Awards.
In 2015 and 2017, Lohan action directed the web series "Dragon Ball Z: Light of Hope" which went viral reaching more than 32 million views on YouTube.
Lohan is also a VFX artist and VFX supervisor and has done work for action director Peng Zhang (Kingsman, Kick-Ass), YouTube stars Bart Baker, Peter Shukoff (Epic Rap Battles) as well as director Jessy Terrero, and hip-hop artist Jeezy…
